15.05.2025Schilthornbahn 20XX construction site tour - the steepest cable car in the world
Wrapped up warm and equipped with climbing harnesses, we had the privilege of being guided through the Stechelberg, Mürren, Birg and Schilthorn construction site stages.
In the revolving restaurant Piz Gloria, where the James Bond film ‘On Her Majesty's Secret Service’ was shot, we enjoyed burgers and fries with a clear view of the crane work and helicopter flights on the ongoing construction site.
As a once-in-a-lifetime experience we were allowed to walk from the gondola on the cable car pillar 3 with our safety equipment on after the operating hours of the cable car.
Many thanks to the overall project management of Theiler Ingenieure and the operators of the Schilthorn cable car for the many in-depth insights we were able to gain into their magnificent project.

Datacenter Beringen
01.04.2025Implenia Schweiz AG has commissioned us with the structural design of the Beringen data centre.
The plan is for a data centre with a floor area of 70 x 100 m as well as an office building and various outbuildings.
The basement is already almost complete. The work is progressing at an extraordinary pace.
With our many years of experience in data centre construction and our expertise, we are doing everything we can to complete this project to the complete satisfaction of all parties involved.

MBA in the Gotthard Mountain
13.09.2024During this year's company outing, we visited two enormous structures in the Gotthard massif.
On Friday morning, the safety officer in Göschenen welcomed us for a guided tour of the north construction site of the 2nd Gotthard tunnel.
After the introduction at the visitor center, we put on the mandatory construction site safety equipment, including a backpack with an oxygen self-rescuer.
Mr. Zraggen led us through the impressive caverns past various tunnels and explained the concrete mixing and casting plant inside the mountain.
Finally, we got a glimpse of the 12.26m diameter tunnel drilling machine, which is currently being assembled before it starts operating through the 16.9km long tunnel.
In wintry conditions, we drove up to the top of the Gotthard Pass, where we spent the afternoon and half the night playing Andor at the stylish Ospizio San Gottardo.
Despite the icy storm, we didn't miss out on a fire outside in the fire bowl.
On Saturday morning, a march over the dam in an icy storm led us to the entrance of the historic Gotthard fortress Sasso San Gottardo, where we were welcomed to the fortress guard tour. It led us through the corridors and caverns with countless steps. Using a model we saw the gigantic size of the fortress, which was kept secret until 2001.
A view from the terrace of the fortress allowed us to marvel not only at the ibexes but also at the complex blending in of the fortress into the rock and the extraordinary view of the mountains.

MBAP in the Mountain
08.09.2023On this year's company excursion, we passed through two different mountains in the Glarus region.
Lindt Limmern power station
In the high-tech Lindt Limmern power station, we were impressed by the gigantic construction work with caverns in the mountain and a dam for the generation and storage of electricity using two alpine lakes.
After a delicious lunch in the valley, the next guided tour took us through archaic caves, all man-made, by the former slate mining near Engi in the Sernftal.
Landesplattenberg Engi
Through passages and caverns created over decades in the mountain and today magically illuminated, we marveled at the effort of the underground workers of the past two centuries and as a result at the world created in the mountain.
A get-together around the fire, an excellent dinner and a relaxing night at the family-run Hotel Bergführer near Elm rounded off our company outing.

28.08.2020With heavy backpacks but in high spirits, this year's company teambuilding trip has seen us on foot from Baden over the Lägern to Regensberg over 2 full days. The outdoor adventure tested our skills for living with the simplest means: Fire cooking, camp building, rope and knot making, spoon carving and glow burning - a relaxing timeout and a chance to immerse ourselves in nature with all our senses. New Project
10.07.2020Green Datacenter AG has commissioned us with the planning of the Metrocampus Zurich in Dielsdorf. A development comprising 3 data centers and 3 main office buildings with commercial space is planned. We are very pleased to be able to carry out a new building project on a greenfield and we are committed to use our entire know-how and to complete this ambitious project within an exceptional timeline and within budget, to the full satisfaction of our client.
